The powerlevels section. They were all written by Tom. Do not ask to use because I will not let you. All of these power levels can not be exactly correct, but if one of them is wrong by a big number please tell me and I will fix it. Also don't tell me to put up the levels after the Freeza Saga. There is no way they could be correct because there are no scouters or any devices of that type. And I'm not putting up random numbers, for the reason that Akira Toriyama didn't think that power levels would play such a big role in Dragon Ball Z. Now onto the power levels have fun.
